Terms & Conditions – Talent Showcase (Indian Food Festival)

By registering via this page, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration & Participation

• Submission of the registration form does not guarantee selection.
• Participants will receive a confirmation email if selected.
• Organizers reserve the right to accept or decline any application.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must fall within the specified age categories (8–12 and 12–16).
• Group performances must meet the minimum participant requirement.

3. Fees

• A nominal fee of €5 applies for adult attendees/supporters.
• Payment details (if applicable) will be shared after selection.
• Fees, once paid, are non-refundable, except in case of event cancellation by the organizers.

4. Performance Guidelines

• Performances must be appropriate for a family audience.
• Styles allowed include Classical, Bollywood, and Hip-Hop.
• Organizers may request changes to content if deemed unsuitable.

5. Event Schedule

• Participants must arrive on time and be ready as per the schedule shared.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule if required.

6. Conduct

• All participants and attendees must behave respectfully.
• Any inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification or removal from the event.

7. Photography & Media

• By participating, you consent to photography and videography.
• Content may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

8. Liability

• Participants attend at their own risk.
• Organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the event.

9. Changes & Cancellation

• The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of cancellation, applicable refunds will be processed.

10. Data & Privacy

• By registering, you consent to your information being stored and used for event-related communication.

11. Acceptance
